Fast service, free water, and fair prices. Good bathrooms and plenty of indoor seating with some outside tables as well. Limited food options, but pastries are tasty.

This is a great spot for a coffee and pastry. Staff is usually friendly and service is prompt. My favorite is a skim latte. Plenty of seating too to get work done too.
