Operational for more than 40 years, the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center specializes in adult education and family support services. The center is also known as BCNC and serves over 4,000 individuals each year. It offers several types of counseling and advocacy services for issues concerning health, family, work, housing and immigration. The Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center provides child care and English as Second Language programs. The center features a gymnasium that accommodates a full-size basketball court and fitness and dance studio. It operates the Oak Street Youth Center, which assists in developing the academic skills of Asian American youths. The Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center also offers Personal training and fitness classes for children, youths and adults.
