HistoryI graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in June of 2018 and opened my practice, Abundant Nourishment, in September. The response from my community has been overwhelming and I am honored to have the opportunity to help women take their health and lives into their own hands.SpecialtiesI help women feel their best so they can get the most out of life. I work with each client to find the right types of whole foods and whole food supplements that will restore nutritional imbalances and enhance their ability to heal and thrive. My programs provide nutritional education, coaching, motivation, inspiration and accountability. I offer Nutritional Therapy Coaching as well as individual and group classes.
