History
Founded and directed by Diane Massey, the Berkshire School of Etiquette has made its mark on Berkshire County with innovative and modern training in etiquette and social skills for children, adults, and business leaders. During its first year in business, the Berkshire School of Etiquette launched an adult workshop series at Berkshire Community College, and in 2015 is conducting a week-long summer program for youth at the college. Diane has also partnered with the Red Lion Inn and the Wheatleigh as part of her dining etiquette program. The Berkshire School of Etiquette offers summer workshops for local and out-of-town guests at its office in Lenox, Massachusetts.
