Cambridge Cares About AIDS offers various AIDS prevention education services. It provides case management services that include referrals to community medical and mental health services, substance abuse treatments, and housing opportunities. Its drop-in spot program provides an environment where HIV-positive people can receive support, information, and referrals from peers. Cambridge Cares About AIDS also offers housing programs that prioritize individuals that chronically homeless according to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development specifications. It also offers a pastoral care program, and transitional intervention project that provides services for women transitioning out of incarceration. The center also offers syringe exchange and harm reduction counseling, free and anonymous HIV counseling and testing, and services for transgender women and their partners, homosexuals, and homeless and street-involved youth.
