Gary Brunelle began in the industry working for a national fire and water restoration company. After 8 1/2 years there, he decided to start a local fire and water restoration company dedicated to customer service. He and business partner Tom Howe opened the doors of Ace Fire and Water Restoration, Inc. in West Springfield in January 2006.
