This move really frees up hunchy shoulders, and it feels way less intense than it looks here. Shoulders are supposed to move like that!

I see a lot of clients with headaches and TMJ issues, but head and scalp massage just feels kind of awesome even if you don't "need it".

I also do sports massage! This is an active-assisted hamstring stretch that is super-fun to do.
