7 Seas Whale Watch has always been a family owned and operated business. Paul Frontierro, Owner and General Manager, started as a Captain on his father's fishing boat out of Gloucester MA, until he discovered whale watching in 1983. For over 30 years, Capt. Paul and co-owner Capt. Sebastian
