Hello my name is Michael Wyatt owner and head flooring mechanic of Wyatt's Professional Flooring Inc. I have been a sub contractor for 25 years and have sub contracted for almost every big flooring store in Maryland. I was certified in 2003. I love my job and take great pride in my work. The flooring industry has changed a lot since I started and I kept finding myself in uncomfortable and frustrating situations all due to lies and incompetence of the big stores. There salesmen don't know the first thing about flooring or customer satisfaction witch would land me in frustrated situations. I put up with this for years and found myself beginning to dislike my job. I thought to myself something has to give. I knew I could do a better job on my own so I went for it. Now work is nothing but smooth sailing. I save my customers so much more money then the big stores and they are getting the best installation they can get. When my customers are happy I'm happy. Their is no better feeling.
