The school also offers academic and social services supports including Head Start and the county school system's preschool program and Linkages to Learning.
Wheaton Woods is part of the Downcounty Consortium with students given the choice between three middle schools that offer programs focused on aerospace technology (Parkland), performing and creative arts (A. Mario Loiederman) and digital design and development (Argyle).
