The only PHO restaurant in Ellicott City. The PHO portions are the smallest in DMV. Never had a large PHO with only a small amount of noodles. The large portion doesn't even match PHO 75s small...

Alway a dependable place for good food and good service. The pho was perfect as usual and I want to have an IV of the broth, just addictive. We always find this spot to be consistent and dependable.
