Victoria & Albert Hair Studio was opening in 1974 in Ellicott City. Christie Kaier and Scott Schmidt acquired V&A in 2005. Christie and Scott both started with Victoria and Albert in 1990. The salon is known for it's education program, trained stylists and longevity of employment.
