The Universal Martial Arts Center (UMAC) is Washington, D.C.'s, premier action-packed center for children ages 3 to 16 and adults who seek training in martial arts, gymnastics, kickboxing and yoga, or who seek personal training for fitness, swimming instruction or sports camps. UMAC is a full-service martial arts, gymnastics and fitness facility, and a licensed child development center with more than 30,000 square feet of space on Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring. It aims to equip every child with the components needed to become spiritual, mental and physical warriors of life.
