I've been working with homes since 2008, where I became professionally trained in construction technology, a program designed around learning different building techniques. During my education I was employed full time as a carpenter, working primarily with remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, as well as many other aspects to building design and construction. I spent nearly 10 years working as a carpenter all the way from Maine to Brazil, earning quality skills and knowledge about home construction along the way. Moving onto real estate was the next logical step for me, as working with people has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping people in their home process, because I have fallen in love with the many different types of building techniques. Sharing my knowledge and aiding clientele allows me an opportunity to pass that love on.

As a Realtor, my most important skill set to offer clients is my years of on the job experience as a carpenter. With a focus on older construction, working primarily on remodels, I care about a clients understanding and comfortability with a prospective property. I look at the so called roots of a building to assess its overall health. It's critical for buyers to have an understanding of their home beyond just the decor, but how it functions. Overlooking trouble areas, or potential problems to keep an eye on are a focus for me and my clients, as I prefer clients to have an open and honest conversation with me about areas of concern, or even parts of a house they don't understand. If they don't bring it up, I will! As a young professional I specialize in many of the things that are familiar with today's technology. An E-Pro certified Realtor, I can utilize my skills and resources to protect your active home listings days on market (DOM) from losing value by sitting unsold. A strategic and aggressive approach to marketing property is critical in maximizing a homes potential by selling it when it matters most, the first two weeks on market. Today's Realtor needs to be able to access many avenues towards the goal of selling your home. Taking high quality photos, marketing those photos effectively, providing buyers tailored neighborhood market reports, getting quality feedback, and therefore results, are important ways in which I can help.
