No shine anymore on my 100% new Kobi Halperin silk shirt only cleaned at top flight

This shirt was just starting to lose its luster it's not as bad the others but still less luster than when I brought it in.

This used to be a shiny champagne blouse. Now a dull rusty goldfish without shine.
