Update: I gave this place time and instead of a successful coffee shop, I was met with an incredibly sketchy business with overpriced items. $10 for a small milkshake?? They completely ruined this...

Walking in the ambiance was inviting and friendly. The two servers were engaged in conversation and we waited patiently for our turn. I ordered a small mocha with oatmilk. The price was $7.63....
