About Our Office Wolfman & Associates, P.C., formed as of January, 1, 1992, has evolved through 37 years of structural engineering practice in the Washington, D.C. area. Wolfman & Associates, P.C. is a charter member of the Consulting Engineers Council of Metropolitan Washington, of which Ronald F. Wolfman, P.E. has served on the Board of Directors. Mr. Wolfman is a past President of Structural Engineers Association/Coalition of American Structural Engineers (SEA/CASE).
