Grady White is a patent attorney who draws upon his knowledge in computer science to counsel his clients. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Technological Institute of Northwestern University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law. For five years Mr. White worked at Hewlett-Packard as a customer support engineer and a network marketing engineer. He then attended UCLA law school and graduated in 1993. Mr. White practiced law at Preston, Gates & Ellis, then moved to the Washington, D.C. area, where he worked at Covington and Burling as a patent prosecutor and litigator. He now practices law from his office in Kensington. He is not licensed to practice Maryland state law, but he is licensed to practice federal law in all 50 states as well as in Washington, D.C. (active status) and California (inactive status).
