Before: My cat's fur badly needed a thorough comb-out (which she would not let me do). She had begun to resemble the business end of a mop.

After: My cat is happier and cooler without her heavy winter coat.

After: Neatly shorn but for her plume-y tail, my cat is happy to be rid of her winter coat.

Outdoor area for the dogs to roam. Bigger than it looks, a fenced in path wraps around and opens up to an even bigger space in the back.

Completely unreliable. Never answers the phone; makes random appointments without asking if it works for the client; shows up hours late or not at all when you have an appointment and makes BS...
