Here at The Fading Theory Barber Shop LLC, we take the barber industry and formal training seriously. We are proud to be a drug free, smoke free ADOS owned business. We have a location in Baltimore (est. 2014) and Aberdeen (est. 2020) Our founder and Master Barber Sibou Walker, has a mission to change the barber industry for the better and he continues to seek out barbers that are likeminded, as well as clients that appreciate what we do.
