Boys' Latin School serves more than 640 students in upper, middle and lower schools from grades kindergarten through 12. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as reading, language arts, social sciences, mathematics, algebra, life sciences, English, desktop publishing, history, science and foreign languages. The institution provides several sports, such as basketball, wrestling, ice hockey, volleyball and squash. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, the Association of Independent Maryland Schools and the Maryland Department of Education. It is also a member of the National Association of Independent Schools. The school was founded in 1844 and is located in Baltimore.
