History
Spilled Milk Catering started as a fun project for Amit, Raj, and James that quickly consumed our entire lives. Amit brought his previous restaurant and chef experience (having worked at Nage in Washington, DC) and his love of bold, exotic flavors. Raj brought with him his business acumen (having formed his own successful company) and his pastry experience (he bakes a mean carrot cake). And James brought with him his obsession and experience with Italian cooking (having taken Italian cooking classes in Bologna, Italy) and his love of rustic, homestyle cuisine. And thus, with these differing levels of expertise and interests, we sought to create Spilled Milk Catering. And that right there is Spilled Milk: good food, good fun, and a better way to eat.
