This dude acting like nothing happened and they perform job fine despite breaking my dashboard panels and leaving loose screws

It was purchased brand NEW from the dealership but they claimed it broke itself despite the screws were tight and striped.

They charged me about $500 and ruined my under steering wheel dash panels. Plus wasting 2 full days of mine driving far distance.

I paid the premium price but they provided me with poor quality service and broke my panels without even apologizing. Extremely rude staff.

They must be reported for dishonest job and not caring and have respect people's property.
