History
This whole thing started with a $60.00 smoker my wife purchased from the Ladder 49 movie set. I even grumbled about the expense like Fred Flintstone. That smoker was used to make pulled pork sandwiches at a local farmer's market. Those sandwiches caught the attention of the chef/owner of a nearby restaurant. That attention resulted in me getting a job offer from said chef. That job took me from line/prep cook to sous chef and brunch chef. From there my wife and I opened this place. We think of it as an extension of our own home where everyone eats well, is treated with respect, and the tunes are good.
