A Renovation Loan can be used to finance the purchase price and renovations in one loan OR payoff existing mortgages and finance renovations with a Refinance Renovation loan. All Renovation loans I offer are based on the After - Improved value of the home so many clients that do not have enough equity for a traditional home equity or home improvement loan will qualify based on the Renovation Loan Appraised Value. We have both Conventional and FHA 203K Loan options; which combined are available for use as a Primary Residence, 2nd Home or Investment Property.
