History
As a waterman facing declining catch limits, Tim decided in 2002 to expand the scope of his operation by shifting from being a wholesale business to retail, selling delicious cooked seafood directly to his customers. He obtained and licensed a concession trailer, selling at various locations in the area until settling into his current spot. In 2013, he also got certified and licensed as a food processor, giving him control over every step of the process from the water to your plate.
