Roxy's Classic Salon offers excellent service in a fun atmosphere. Color service is its specialty, but it also offers nail services. Roxy herself is very involved with the community; she mentors students at Perry Hall High School and in appreciation of her clients teams up with other business such as Bally's Total Fitness to offer them discounts.
