Richard L. Healy, Esquire, has law offices in both Gaithersburg and Frederick which are conveniently located to serve clients through the state of Maryland. Founded in 1982, for over 28 years the law firm of Richard L. Healy, P.C., has provided representation to thousands of individuals primarily in legal matters pertaining to criminal defense, DWI/DUI and other serious traffic offenses as well as divorce and family law, personal injury matters, and wills and estates. He is a member of both the Montgomery County and Frederick County Bar Association. Richard L. Healy received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton followed by his law degree from George Mason University School of Law in August, 1980. Mr. Healy has been admitted to all of the federal and state courts in Maryland and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America
