This church began with 18 faithful members who met in a small log cabin on this property. Baptisms were held at a creek that ran behind the church. In 1893 the church built the small wooden building that still stands and is Montgomery County designated historical site.
In 1998 the current tw0-story structure was built and includes seating for about 250 people a baptistery, choir loft, pastor's study, fellowship hall, classrooms and a kitchen.
The church offers a Sunday prayer service from 8:30-9am, an adult and youth church school and bible awareness at 9-9:45am and a morning worship at 10am. One Wednesday the church holds an intercessory prayer from 6-6:30pm, a prayer and meditation service from 6:30-7pm, and a children's, youth, and adult bible study from 7-7:45pm.
