Located on Admiral Cochrane Drive, Osprey Property Companies was established in 1988 and has successfully developed projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic area, North Carolina and Florida. The company is made up of four entities that comprise the Osprey Property Companies. Along with their own projects, Osprey Property Companies works with selected partners and companies in joint venture projects.
