HistoryRGH Enterprises, Inc. also trading as A Better Laser Service is a privately held small minority owned company that has been in operation since 1991. In the beginning, the company was run from the home of the Owner /CEO, Ronald Hoff. In 1993, the company relocated to a 1000 square foot facility at the South Harbor Business Incubator in Baltimore, Maryland. RGH was incorporated in the state of Maryland in 1994. In August 1998 RGH graduated from the business incubator with six full-time employees and moved to a 6000 square foot facility which gradually increased to 12,000 square feet. Although the primary focus of the business was the quality remanufacturing of toner cartridges, in 1999 that focus expanded to include a full line of all office supply items including furniture and office equipment in. In October, 2007 RGH Enterprises, Inc. moved from 12,000 square feet to a 20,000 square foot facility located in a qualified Hubzone area. Today RGH has 10 full-time employees.SpecialtiesWe specialize in laser printers. We have been building our our band of remanufactured toner cartridges in house for 20 years. We also service and reapir laser printers. We sell new and used laser printers. We sell new and remanufactured laser printer supplies. We are an HP authorized sales and service partner.
