Metro Sports Leagues offers a variety of adult sports leagues in the DC metro area with levels of play from recreational to competitive. Most venues are metro accessible and make for convenient access to fun and competition throughout the week or on weekends. We specialize in Coed Soccer, Coed 7v7 Soccer, Men's 7v7 Soccer, Coed Volleyball, and Coed Softball. Bringing people together is a passion of ours and we thrive to create teams with long lasting relationships that go beyond the field.
