Woodcroft Community Swim Club was established in 1956 and has served generations of Parkville families. The club is now private and is a social gathering place during the summer months for many people both young and old. The facility has an Olympic regulation pool, elevated tennis courts, covered pavilion and snack bar and plays host to many events throughout the season. The swim team, the Woodcroft Waves, competes with teams from other area clubs and contains members from all of the local schools both public and private. The club has streamlined its membership process and now offers the option of registering and paying dues online.
