History
Tom's background includes three years with the Internal Revenue Service as an attorney concentrating in estate and gift taxation, and from 1973- 2015 he was a partner with Nolan, Plumhoff & Williams where his work included estate planning, the preparation of wills and trusts, estate administration, and business law relating to incorporation, liquidation and buying and selling of businesses. In January of 2016, Tom started his own practice.

Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Wills &Trusts: In performing Estate Planning and Estate Administration services to clients, Tom strives to provide a complete package, including income and estate tax services and document preparation. He makes recommendations on how to avoid probate, discusses the income and estate tax consequences on the implementation of the estate plan, all document preparation of Wills, Trust Agreements and Deeds of real property to carry out the estate plan. When assisting the executors and personal representatives in estate petitions and administration, Tom provides legal advice, document preparation of all inventories and administration accounts filed in the estate proceeding, the preparation of deeds of real estate to distribute the estate assets to beneficiaries and the preparation and filing of fiduciary income tax and estate tax returns for the estate. Clients will pay one agreed fee for all regular estate planning and estate administration services without add-ons for separate document preparation, income of estate tax preparation or other legal accounting services.
