History

Kim Studio - College Park was founded in 2012, as an off-shoot of Kim Studio, in Rockville Maryland, which opened its doors in 1964. The founding members and instructors of Kim Studio - College Park wanted to bring the high quality, traditional martial arts instruction to our own community. We teach Tae Kwon Do/Shudokan Karate. The instructors have a broad range of experience from competition to practical self defense. You won't find another martial arts school with as many senior instructors, with as many years of training. Whether you are training for yourself, or entrusting us with your child's training, Kim Studio is the place for you.
