HistoryFor more than three decades, the Resource Group has built a reputation for innovative and successful mental health and addiction services and programs in Baltimore County and the surrounding areas. We firmly believe in offering the best treatments, so we rely on current research and evidence-based methods that come from continuing studies on addiction and recovery. Beginning in 2012, under the guidance of our director, Elliott Driscoll, LCSW-C, MBA, we entered a new phase in our work. With advanced program offerings and an expanded staff and affiliates--psychiatrists, clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, addiction medicine specialists/physicians, and psychiatric nurse practitioners--we continue to improve our work, treating a diverse client base and specializing in a vast array of mental health conditions.SpecialtiesThe Resource Group Counseling and Educational Center, Inc., provides compassionate care in a safe environment.
