From concept to completion, it offers full-service design, lighting, equipment, budgeting, management and production for weddings, social and corporate events. Today, Janet Flowers is based in a 5,500- square-foot studio and warehouse. All this is a far cry from 15 years ago when the shop started with a small space barely 1,200 square feet in Silver Spring.
