Fitsu provides a variety of unique group exercise classes. Our workouts are fun, intense, and refreshingly different from other fitness programs. We incorporate different types of martial arts, multiple athlete training and conditioning drills, lots of functional body movements, and specific recovery drills to give a complete workout program to our participants. We offer four different fitness classes. MMA Fitness: which incorporates Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Boxing drills and techniques. HIIT: a functional training class that utilizes battling ropes, TRX, kettlebells, and many other tools. Speed & Conditioning: an outdoors class that uses sport specific athlete training drills to improve cardio & conditioning. Prehab: We use small muscle exercises, foam rolling, and stretching to keep our Fitsuers training and away from injury. Fitsu is also a Yamasaki Academy affiliate. We provide a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, under the guidance of Fernando Yamasaki.
