Unlike many other rental car agencies, Enterprise Rent A Car on Route 40/Baltimore National Pike will rent vehicles to customers under 25 years of age (21 or older) for a fee. However, it does not accept cash for transactions. Enterprise also offers roadside assistance and a pick-up service that will take customers to the agency to get their car.
