After opening in 2015 and training in the driveway of one of our owners. We transitioned to our new home in Northern Prince Frederick in December of 2015.

Welcome to CrossFit Merit. Calvert County's Premium CrossFit Gym, Based in Northern Prince Frederick. We are passionate about offering a quality CrossFit program, and building a strong community of hard working people who are united by their love of challenging themselves.
