The staff here is soooo nice! I felt welcomed every time I visited. Really enjoyed the classes. My favorite were restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

Lovely studio with a lot of offerings. Terrific kids programs! I love the yoga flow and belly dance classes. Great meditations too! I have been restored and energized in their Reiki program.
