The Community Development Network (CDN) of Maryland is a statewide network that serves as the voice for Maryland's community development industry. With over 180 member organizations, including nonprofit community development organizations, financial institutions, developers, and public agencies, CDN promotes, strengthens, and advocates for the industry, working towards affordable housing, community revitalization, family stabilization, and small business development.
CDN's core work involves representing the community development industry in Annapolis during the General Assembly each year. Additionally, they offer peer networking, local trainings, and scholarships to NeighborWorks and other nationally recognized trainings, contributing to capacity building within the industry. By supporting CDN, individuals and organizations can contribute to the overall improvement and strengthening of community development organizations throughout Maryland.
