Colonial Parking manages the parking at 2600 Tower Oaks Blvd. and offers hourly, daily and monthly parking.
The parking garage has 24-hour access, however, the booth is open from 11am to 7pm during the week. Rates start at $2 for the first hour, $4 for the second hour and $6 for the third hour. The maximum daily charge is $8. This location only takes cash or validation cards from the building residents.
