Although a small congregation, the best description of Christ United Methodist Church (CUMC) comes from its website: "Christ United Methodist Church is part of the Reconciling Ministries Network. We welcome all persons, from all walks of life -- people of different races, nationalities, sexual orientations, classes, and mental and physical abilities." CUMC is accomplishing its goal. Christ United Methodist Church is also co-owner of the Owen Brown Interfaith Center.
