A casual and modest-sized restaurant with a big, innovative menu, Chiyo Sushi offers more than 100 rolls, including vegetable, cooked and numerous specialty choices. The homey, split-level Japanese restaurant is known for its fresh, creative sushi and artful presentations. The generous Volcano roll, with spicy tuna and salmon, and the Champion, rolled with soft shell crab and spicy salmon, are two customer favorites, but by no means the only ones. Chiyo Sushi also offers teriyaki and tempura entrees as well as a beer, wine and sake menu.
