From the restaurant's earthy tones to the traditional Mediterranean music floating out it's speakers, everything about Caspian feels as like you've actually ventured into a cafe in the Middle East. Aside from offering an endless selection of grilled kabobs, Caspian also makes its homemade pita bread to order, kneeding the dough while curious onlookers can watch the process through a plexiglass window. If the large pastoral wall mural doesn't nail home the restaurant's authentic feel, the belly dancers who entertain diners on Friday and Saturday nights certainly will.
