CASA is the single largest Latino and immigrant organization in the State of Maryland, with the overarching goal of CASA is to assist immigrants in their desire to achieve self-sufficiency.

The Silver Spring "CASA Worker's Center" offers what are commonly referred to as "day laborers" assistance with finding work, language classes (ESOL), legal services and even vocational training.

Potential employers should note that CASA has a number of quality control measures, including a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to ensure skills and credibility on the part of the workers.

Its a great way to find latino workers once you get a hold off someone. They will send you group of people at a time. You can interview and select wat meets your requirements. The only problem is...
