The Carroll Baldwin Memorial Hall was built in honor of Carroll Baldwin by her sister Sallie Baldwin in the 1920s. It is a Richardsonian Romanesque structure and was built to use as a community hall for Savage residents. The hall is still used today for community events and can also be booked for private parties like weddings, birthday parties and other events. The building originally had a bowling alley in the basement and was the original location of the Howard County Library.
