HistoryCarma, the cafe's name sake, and her long time friend, Michael, decided to build the cafe they always wanted to go to. We started out small but have been growing in leaps and bounds. We cater to the local community and are proud to call several hundred people our regulars. Although we focused on building a coffee house with some food and spent much time researching coffee and developing our own blend, Barista Blend No. 7, it soon became apparent that we were filling a void for fresh quality food. Therefore, we ended up with a restaurant that has fantastic coffee. We are currently expanding our facilities to the corner of 32nd and St. Paul. Look for us in the Spring.SpecialtiesLocally roasted oustanding coffee. Fresh all homemade quality food featuring local produce and dairy products from several local farms. We have panini, salads, icelandic yogurt, homemade, from scratch, cookies and sweets, and unctuous soups. While not a vegetarian restaurant, we do have many selections for both our vegetarian and vegan friends.
