Matt has been a resident of Annapolis since 1995 and has been active in the local restaurant service and brewing industry since his arrival. The concept of the professional pet sitter began in the mid 1980's. Two national organizations exist to promote the concept of in-home pet care: The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters ( NAPPS ), and Pet Sitters International ( PSI ).
